Biography The work of Shawn Camp is expressively rendered, but geometrically derived abstraction loosely based on landscape seen from above or the sky seen from below. He applies thick layers of oil paint on top of washes and magazine cut-outs of images and text. The work explores the interplay between man and nature, structure and chaos, order and disorder.
